Service Fees and Refund Terms

Refund and Credit Policy

• All refunds or future credits are subject to the applicable airline's fare rules, policies, and procedures.
• A service charge may be applied for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.

Transaction and Service Fees

• Booking and post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable.
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional to airline and supplier fees and charges.

Government Taxes and Fees

• Subject to change without notice
• Final total amount quoted is the sole charge to the customer

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

• Travel Suppliers' fare rules permit cancellations and refunds
• Refund request has been accepted by our team
• Booking is not a "no show"
• Waivers from suppliers can be secured for cancellation and refund processing

Contact Center Service Fees

Contact center bookings may incur additional service fees compared to online bookings

• Fee range: $10 to $200 per passenger
• Senior citizen rate: Up to $100
• May include premium package benefits

Special Services

Special services are available on a request basis and subject to:

• Airline review and approval
• Applicable fare rules and procedures
• Special service fees charged only after service provision

Special Service Categories

Misspelt Name: Name on ticket does not match passport or government-issued ID

Visa/Passport Issues: May require letter of Visa/Passport denial

Baggage Concerns: Requires preservation of all receipts and luggage tags

No-Show Situations: Documentation explaining missed departure required

Denied Booking: Documentation explaining boarding denial needed

Duplicate Tickets: Refund requests must include copies of identical itinerary tickets
